A small, focused site.

Flying Hands Learning is designed as a learning resource library. The public site does not require an account to browse published resources.

What is stored

The administrator area uses a secure session to keep the site owner signed in. Resource records and uploaded learning files are stored on the hosting account so they can be displayed to visitors. The site also records limited, first-party visit statistics so the administrator can see approximate live activity, daily visitors, monthly visitors, and the public page being viewed.

When you place an order, we store the account identifier, email, name, phone number, delivery address, purchased items, payment reference and fulfilment status needed to provide the order. Paid PDF files are delivered through account-based access checks.

Payments, delivery and advertising services

Razorpay processes payment information. Shiprocket or NimbusPost may receive the contact, address, parcel and order information needed to quote and provide delivery. When advertising measurement is enabled, Meta may process campaign and conversion information according to its own terms. We do not store complete card details, PINs or one-time passwords.

Visit statistics use a random browser identifier and do not store a raw IP address. When available, an approximate city, state, or country is recorded through server-side or trusted proxy location data, with a server-side IP lookup as a fallback. It is not GPS and may be unavailable or inaccurate.

What we do not do

We do not sell visitor information or ask students to submit unnecessary personal details. Do not upload private student records, contact lists, or other sensitive information as a learning resource.
