Refund Policy

Digital premium access
Premium resources are digital study content. After a verified payment activates access or the resource is used, the purchase is generally non-refundable because the content has been delivered.
When we can refund
We will review a refund request when a payment was captured but access was not granted, the same payment was charged more than once, or the purchased resource was supplied incorrectly or is technically unusable. We may ask for the order ID and the signed-in email so we can verify the request.
Before activation
If you have paid but have not opened or activated the resource, contact us as soon as possible. We will check whether the entitlement can be cancelled before delivery and will confirm the available option.
Failed or reversed payments
If Razorpay shows a failed, cancelled or reversed payment, access is not granted. Any amount held by the payment provider is returned according to Razorpay and your bank's processing timelines.
Printed products
Contact support promptly if a printed product arrives damaged, is materially different from the ordered edition, or is missing from the parcel. Keep the packaging, order number and clear photographs so the delivery can be checked. Approved replacement, cancellation and return options depend on the order's dispatch and delivery state.
Marketplace orders
Orders placed through an external marketplace are paid to and fulfilled by that marketplace or seller. Its cancellation, return and refund rules apply, and the request must be made through that seller's order system.
How to request help
Email support@flyinghands.in with your name, signed-in email, resource title, approximate payment time and Razorpay order or payment ID. Do not send card numbers, PINs, passwords or one-time passwords.
Review and processing
We normally review complete requests within 7 business days. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method where possible; banks and payment providers may take additional time to credit the amount.
