Using Flying Hands Learning

By using this website, you agree to use the learning library, accounts, tests and payment features lawfully and respectfully. Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the service, or misuse another person's account.

Accounts

Some resources require Google sign-in. Keep your account secure and provide accurate information. Access is linked to the signed-in account and may be suspended when fraud, abuse or unauthorised sharing is reasonably suspected.

Premium study content

Premium access is a one-time digital entitlement for the resource shown at checkout. It is for the purchasing learner's personal study use and may not be resold, redistributed, publicly posted, or used to bypass access controls.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. The final amount, currency and applicable coupon discount are shown before payment. Access is granted only after the payment is captured and verified against the order.

Books, ebooks and downloads

Product pages identify the edition, format and price offered. Printed products are supplied to the delivery address entered at checkout. Ebooks and PDFs are licensed for the purchaser's personal use and may not be copied, resold, publicly uploaded, or shared through another account.

Shipping and third-party sellers

Delivery estimates and courier charges may be supplied by Shiprocket, NimbusPost or another connected courier. They are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Marketplace links take you to an independent seller whose price, availability, fulfilment and terms apply to that external order. Some links may be affiliate links.

Refunds and cancellations

Digital premium access is generally non-refundable after activation or use, except where the content is technically defective or supplied incorrectly. Contact us promptly before using the resource if a payment or access problem occurs. See the Refund Policy for the process and exceptions.

Content and availability

We aim to keep resources accurate and available, but content may be corrected, updated or temporarily unavailable for maintenance. Website content is provided for educational support and does not replace a school's or examination board's official instructions.

Privacy

Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Payment details are handled by Razorpay and are not stored by Flying Hands Learning.
